Making a Deposit
Navigate to Wallets > Deposit and select the asset you want to deposit. For crypto, copy your unique deposit address and send funds from your external wallet. For fiat (if available), follow the payment instructions provided. Deposits appear once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain or payment system.
Withdrawing Assets
Go to Wallets > Withdraw and enter the destination address for crypto or payment details for fiat. Confirm the withdrawal with your 2FA code. Withdrawals are processed securely, with blockchain confirmation times varying by asset.
Transaction Timelines
Crypto deposits are typically processed within minutes, depending on network congestion. Fiat deposits or withdrawals may take 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider. Always double-check addresses and details before confirming transactions to avoid errors.
